Shipping Policy
All orders include free shipping with no minimum purchase required. Most orders are sent to our production partner within 3 business days. All items are made to order after you place your order. Once production begins, delivery usually takes 8 to 10 business days for U.S. orders. Please check your shipping address carefully before placing your order to make sure your artwork arrives safely.

Made-to-Order Items
All items are made to order. Because of this, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for size, color, or style changes. Minor updates, such as correcting your shipping address, may be possible if you contact us right away at aubreesnookart@gmail.com. We will do our best to help on a case-by-case basis, but changes are not guaranteed.

Damaged or Defective Items
If an item is damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at aubreesnookart@gmail.com. Include your order number and photos showing the damage or defect. We will review your request and, if approved, either replace the item if possible or issue a refund for the damaged portion. Shipping costs are not refundable unless the item was damaged in transit.

Lost or Undelivered Orders
If your order does not arrive, first confirm that the shipping address you provided is correct. Orders sent to the wrong address due to customer error cannot be refunded or replaced. If the shipping address was correct, contact us at aubreesnookart@gmail.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier. If tracking shows the order was delivered, the customer is responsible for filing a claim with the carrier. In that case, we cannot issue a refund or send a replacement.
